I made this crafty little fox from wools and wool batting. He took many hours of concentrated felting to make him come to life, mixed in with lots of love and magic.
He is crouching, wary, fixing onlookers with his steady stare from those light amber eyes. He is felted around a wire armature which makes his free leg and his neck slightly poseable. He is permanently attached to his lovely driftwood bark plinth. His plinth is 23cms long and he stands 11cms to the top of his ears.
He is a sculpture to be looked at and admired, he is not a toy to be played with. This fox is now sold. I can make another one but I will need at least a week to complete him.
