Description

This is a needle felted original picture. It is a beautiful Snow Hare, changing coat, that I painted in wool onto a rich green felt background. The picture is all needle felted using different wools. It is mounted onto hardboard with two pieces of sea bleached dfriftwood framing the image. I braided leather cord for the hanging strap. The picture including the frame is 31cms wide and 25cms high. I usually make felted sculptures and have crafted several Snow Hares in different poses. I thought it would be nice to also capture one on a canvas for the wall, so here it is! Thank you for looking at my lovely Snow Hare! This Hare is now sold – I can make a similar one to order.
